There was a time I thought I would never find a place to live that I really loved. So almost four years after moving to our current area, I’m just thrilled to be able to say that I truly love it here. Do I sometimes long to be closer to mountains? Well, yeah. But being close to beautiful beaches will do for now 😉
One thing I love to do is find little shops and restaurants around town. I love smaller businesses because I know how much hard work and loves goes into every aspect. And supporting them makes me feel like I’m doing something good. When we came across the Green Cup Café, I fell in love ( props to my father-in-law for bringing us there!). It’s earthy and edgy and organic-y. In case you’re wondering… that’s officially a word now…. It has brick walls and a sweet little courtyard. But maybe the best part is that they have a full menu of amazing treats that are vegan and refined sugar free that actually taste good. Which is what it really comes down to, am I right??
So yay for good food that’s good for you. And double yay for good backdrops for an insta pic or two. Cuz you know… #priorities
I’m going to go ahead and file this one under #JoyBoundLife because a chill day with just my family… doesn’t get much better than that.
